Finding the right breed of cat for you and your family, we always ask lots of questions about what are you wanting from a cat, some cats will sit on your lap some wont so always tell us what you are truly after.

Please remember our kittens are litter boxed trained but if you put them in to big a room or run of the house on the first 5 days the kitten will go to the first spot it can find if it cant find its litter box. This is very hard to do as you want the kitten to have the run of the house and we understand that but trust me its only 5 days, 5 very short days out of your life that will save your new kitten from messing in your house and costing you time and money cleaning up after it. You slowly open rooms up to the kitten so in a few weeks the kitten has the run of the house. you could put a few litter trays down just in case.

WE USE PAPER LITTER FOR OUR KITTENS

When letting your kitten outside make a coffee or drink and sit on the door step and play with the kitten so the kitten just doesn't rush outside. You can put them on a harness and lead if you are worried.

Before bringing and kitten or cat home , it's important that you prepare a room that puss can call his/her own. A small box room or spare bedroom is a good idea if you aren't going to have him/her in your room.Kittens and cats will seek small hiding places where they can feel safe & protected. Introducing them to the entire home and expecting them to settle in straight away is asking to much it's not only for litter training its a big move for a kitten/cat to go to a new home and some will settle in fast others can take a few weeks.
